Greg Blanchard
Founder
Greg was the founder of Computerized Estimating Services (CES) and established the company in 1985 with a vision to provide precise, reliable estimating solutions to the construction industry. Known for his strong work ethic, Greg’s deep understanding of the industry and his commitment to integrity made CES a trusted name among clients. He built the business on values of generosity and service, always prioritizing the needs of his clients and employees. Beyond his professional success, Greg was a devoted husband and father, known for his warmth, humility, and unwavering faith. His dedication to his work and family shaped the culture of CES, and his legacy continues to influence the company’s approach to client service and excellence in the estimating field.

President
Crystal brings over 35 years of experience in managing and executing diverse projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and government facilities. Her leadership has been instrumental in overseeing the successful completion of complex projects such as auditoriums, industrial facilities, schools, and healthcare centers. With a deep understanding of project estimating and management, she continues to drive the company’s growth and reputation as a trusted partner in the construction industry.
Daniel Blanchard
Vice President
Specializing in business development, estimating, and scheduling, Daniel leads private and public commercial projects nationwide, collaborating directly with architects and owners. With extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar healthcare, industrial, and educational projects, he ensures seamless execution from preconstruction through completion. A member of ASPE, IRWA, and CERT, he consistently delivers precision and excellence across diverse construction initiatives.
Trevor Farnsley
An experienced estimator and project manager at CES, specializing in private and public commercial projects nationwide. With over a decade of expertise, Trevor has managed diverse projects, including healthcare facilities, industrial buildings, and residential developments, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. A certified Associate Estimating Professional and member of ASPE, he combines technical skills with hands-on experience to deliver exceptional results.
Sam Goins
Director of Technology
Sam combines an MBA from Liberty University with expertise in both technology and construction. Before joining CES, he founded Corban Homes, where he led real estate evaluations, property management, and home renovation projects, boosting property values. His experience in managing complex projects and data analysis drives innovation and efficiency at CES, delivering top-tier solutions for clients and supporting company growth.
